Though in a coma and seemingly dying, it's a fight for life as Hiccup finds himself battling more than just the injuries he's suffered.

It was Martin who was supposed to have taken the fall. But reality sometimes isn't as it appears.

"You're nothing without your dragon. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III? No one has ever heard of you being someone different than the Dragon Boy. But you don't have to worry: No one will fight you anymore once he is gone. You're no threat to anyone. You never were." A little one-shot inspired by the HTTYD III trailer and the emotions this one phrase might evoke in our young chief.

Valka had lived around amputees for the first half of her life. She should have noticed. She even knew how hard Hiccup been pushing himself and how little sleep he was getting. She should have noticed. But most of all she was his mother. She should have noticed. Hiccup is trying to prove himself capable of taking care of the village but who takes care of him?

After an apparently coincidental encounter with a rogue pack of dragons, Hiccup and Astrid find that their flight together ends up with Hiccup covered in Deathsong amber and unable to move. Astrid has no choice but to get Inferno from the Edge, but when she gets back, Hiccup is gone and the evidence leads her to believe that the past events weren't unintentional. RTTE S4. Rated T.

Sometimes, life just passes too fast to find anything in it at all. Like flying. The closer you are, the harder it is to see past the flash of colors. The further away from an object, the clearer it appears. Maybe the laws of distance also apply to friends. He just never thought it would be this hard. Just because I love this series, this needs an honest take. So here is a complete on-the-nose take of one of DreamWorks' best work in television.

Hiccup finds out about the bounty, but keeps it to himself. As a result, he finds himself in a sticky situation involving a missing prosthetic leg, a variety of bounty hunters, disgruntled Outcasts, and two vengeful Grimborn brothers. Facing both new and old enemies, Hiccup finds himself in one of the most dangerous adventures of his life. Slight Hiccstrid. No slash. No swearing.

Karen finds a bomb on her scans and Peter is trapped in the explosion, having to hold the building up to keep it from collapsing from those inside. In all of it, he is mentally and emotionally brought back to the night in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) where he was trapped under the building when fighting Toomes. WARNING: DO NOT READ IF PANIC ATTACKS ARE A TRIGGER FOR YOU!

Toothless never lost a tailfin and Hiccup never came to mend his wounds. Instead Hiccup loses a leg and Toothless can't seem to be able to kill this one Viking. With one grown distant and cold by betrayal and the other lead by pity and curiosity, one will show the other how healing a little bit of kindness can be. Peter is grabbed while he's at a night out with Tony. The man who takes him wants money and Tony can't give it to him, as it would inspire others to do the same, hoping to yield the same results. But Tony pays. That payment just isn't monetary.

Barbara had been worried and concerned and terrified for her little boy. But this was different, something had changed. Something had gone horribly wrong sometime during those twenty-four hours, and she wasn't going to let this go anymore. And Jim wasn't going to fight her on it.

What-if for the RTTE Season 6 episode: King of Dragons, Part 2. What if Hiccup hadn't managed to dodge Johann's knife while they were fighting in the cave? The war might have ended, but the riders' hardships are far from over as they race against time to save their dying leader.

Though Alistair Krei's teleportation experiment had been shut down, another incident occurs on Akuma Island, causing a boy and a strange creature to suddenly pop up in San Fransokyo. Adults only! Dagur has spent his life trying to figure out who he is and what he wants to be, but that isn't nearly as hard as understanding his feelings for a certain Hooligan heir. When he discovers the riders have kept a big secret from him, can he finally face his feelings and confront Hiccup?

After falling into a depression, Chief Hiccup decides he needs to get away from Berk to have time to accept Stoick's death, and he and Toothless leave for a week-long trip. However, when an injured Toothless returns to Berk without his rider, Hiccup's friends must race to find their beloved chief before he is lost forever. {Hiccstrid, Hiccup!whump}

Peter dropped Liz's dad on the sand and groaned as every inch of his body screamed out in pain.
