What is Leah had really hurt Cas during 99 Problems?

Tag to 2x09, if you could call it that. TC never told anyone he used to suffer from migraines, as he hadn't had one in quite a while. However, the events (and the head-butt) catch up with TC, and he develops a major migraine. Now, it's up to Jordan, Topher, and the Night Shift to take care of him. What could happen with this weeks preview of Night Shift when T.c, topher and jordon are held hostage with a gun man on the loose.

Heaven has re-claimed Castiel; they tell Sam and Dean: "Do not look. You will not find." and the brothers are utterly helpless to save him from his fate. But then Cas is dropped in front of them, a beaten broken thing. And suddenly they're faced with unholy angels, self-righteous demons, and a whole ugly mess in between. Dean was just about to go to bed when Castiel arrived in the motel room, bloodied and near unconcious. They eyes locked briefly before Castiel fell forward and Dean rushed to catch him. One-shot Dean/Castiel.

Angels didn't feel pain...Castiel was sure of that. That was until his ability to heal himself suddenly disappeared. But that won't stop him from helping Sam and Dean...but helping Sam and Dean will stop him. Plenty of hurt!Cas and Worried!Dean and Sam.
