A/S/L: 23, M, Michigan

I've been an avid gamer since the NES at my grandparents house. Unfortunately, I missed Final Fantasy until XIII, due to not owning a PSX (for very long) or PS2. (I had a Gamecube and Xbox). I love FFXIII and -2, along with the Halo series, Mass Effect series, and many others (Blops, Skyrim, Assassin's Creed, Deus Ex:HR, etc etc). I recently acquired my uncle's PS2, with the Final Fantasies IV, V, VI, VIII, IX, X. I've begun playing VI, and plan on playing VIII, IX, and X after, at least until video game season hits this fall (Dishonored, Halo 4, Blops 2, AC3, Dawnguard, Tomb Raider), and am anxiously awaiting announcements from Squeenix about LR:FFXIII, FFvsXIII, or FFXV (PLEASE release all of them on the 360...not just PS3...don't make me buy a PS3 for them...that'd be mean). I don't play many games on the PC, except League of Legends (all the time) and the occasional Diablo III raid.

I've been reading FFXIII(-2) fan fiction since early this year, and I'm a fast reader. I've gone through tons of great fics, and was finally inspired to attempt my own. I have a few other ideas for fics as well, but who knows how that'll go.

I wrote creatively back in high school for some assignments (17 page original fiction set in a sci-fi/fantasy world written in a week for senior writing), but it's been a few years since that. Engineering technical reports in college don't help you with creative writing, that's for sure.

-Favorite vodka - mixer: Grey Goose - Mountain Dew Voltage/Red Bull/lemonade

-Favorite rum: Kraken/10 Cane

-Favorite tequila: Patron

-Favorite gin - drink: Tanqueray - Gin and OJ, English Garden Cocktail

-Favorite shot: Tequila with salt and lime, Lemondrop

-Favorite beer: Bell's Two Hearted Ale (IPA), Founders Backwoods Bastard -- Most MI beer, because really, where else would you go for beer except West Michigan?

-Favorite cider: Smith & Forge, Angry Orchard Crisp Apple

LIFE TIPS:

-Drinking half of a fifth of straight Captain in a half-hour is a bad idea and will end poorly for you and your friend's toilet.

-IPAs are love, IPAs are life.

-Electrical engineering is crazy. Don't do it if you like having a social life on more than just weekends, or if you like sleep.
