Being hit by a power that compels you to always tell the truth was not fun, as Ace learned, especially when you're hiding a secret from everyone around you. A big secret. A The-Pirate-King-Was-My-Father type of big secret. Thankfully Marco's around to keep him in check, though that's slowly becoming its own problem as well.

Growing up on the Moby Dick is hard; even harder when you're forced to act a certain way. This is exactly the situation that Ace is put in when his older brothers and sisters call him a Ladies' Man. It makes his stomach twist, but there's not much he can say about it. If he does, they'll find him disgusting, right? Written for WBweek Day 3.

Ace hadn't expected his last week of imprisonment before his execution to be any different from all the years preceding it. Then again, he hadn't expected to have Marco the Phoenix as a cellmate for that week, or that Marco's presence would shake his bleak world so much.

Now that Ace had joined the crew, there shouldn't have been any trouble for their relationship. It was just like the stubborn brat to find something to get angry about the very first night.

Written for Day 2 of MarcoAce Week. Marco might have had to deal with some teasing on his habit of keeping the company of chickens, but it was a habit he didn't want to shake. Of course, when Ace joined, everything shifted a little to the side.

Garp and Whitebeard strike a deal and Luffy, Ace, and Sabo are sent to live with the Whitebeard Pirates for six months. The trio and crew alike do not know how to handle the situation but eventually they figure each other out and the brothers find somewhere they feel like they belong.
