Pet peeves:
-Clichés. Think of some other way to turn something into slash! Having the two characters randomly fall for each other does not cut it.
-A lack of using a spell-checker and/or proofreader. C'mon, people, it's not that hard!
-No characterization. Stay true to the original with the characters! Please!

Enjoys:
Well-thought out and carefully written fiction that has been drafted and re-read at least twice, as well as authors who can take constructive criticism... and readers who can give it.

Of course, this is the Pit of Voles, so it's not like I should expect the majority of the writers here to respect their work by putting effort into it. I applaud those of you who do. You make stories worth reading.
