Author has written 1 story for Dark Ones. I'm going to try to be as simple as possible. I'm an amateur writer hoping to publish many books in the future. Both fiction and non-fiction. I love creative criticism so give me what you have, although i do NOTappreciate disparaging or insulting commentary. I also would enjoy any professional advice anyone can give me. Personal works that i am focusing on now (note i have many since i appear to have a short attention span) Immortal Blankout: Alien vampires "find" themselves on earth after an alien war, some have no memories while others have minimal information about their homeworld. They ban together, some in hiding, others serving military (strong military writing later on in the book) and become "super heroes". One in particular, "Adelaide" has a stronger connection to her homeworld than she thinks and finds herself in the middle of an intergalactic war yet still trying to remember her horrific past and find herself. (There will be morbidity, macabre, tragedy torture, violence, sex, rape, etc in this book/potential series) The Wanderer: It's about an over stressed, suicidal girl with a sketchy past that discovers she's a lucid dreamer and wanderers into the world of "dream walkers" and dream demons. (same discretion as before, although there will be a lot of focus on the difficult romance between Ash (the human girl) and Lord Trismasel (a demon alchemist) ) This can't be happening: (Title still unsure, and unsure on whether or not this will become a series): Girl finds ring in her deceased granddad's attic. It infuses her with a demonic spirit and she is thrown back to medieval Scotland and she has to find her way back to the present with the help of a Scottish lord. (i have to revise and edit this, it is incomplete and i feel there isn't enough substance and plotline in the story yet) I have been considering doing a few different non-fiction works but those are projects at a later date. With "This can't be happening" i will soon be going through the process of self-publishing. |
