Don't really use this much- in fact haven't in years. It was just in the throws of boredom and the anger against a so-called friend (who has an obsession with this site) that I have returned. I much prefer to write my own original short stories, novels and screenplays, and it feels a little odd and cheap to recycle the ideas of talented authors into your own warped fantasies, but I would be interested to see what people think of my interpretations and my style of writing without having to dangerously place my original stories online for others to maybe steal or rip off. Due to the obsessed "friend" who I currently dislike intensely (and cannot wait to be free of), I would prefer to keep my identity secret. However I will share that I am a 19 year old girl who is currently in her first year at university. My English skills are rather good- I have always been a good writer, but I apologise for any mistakes- they are most likely the result of typos. The reason I do not read the stories of other people anymore is because the sheer lack of a basic grasp of English drives me crazy! I also do not like stories that are untrue to the time, location and characters (particularly in terms of dialect), or the stories of people who quite obviously write themselves into their stories, probably due to some infatuation with one of the characters (or rather the actor who has been playing that character). So I have given up trying to sift through all that in order to find a real gem- it feels like a tremendous waste of time and success was always very rare. So here am I- I probably won't write all that often, but if you like have a read and leave a review if possible. Regards, button1987
