Peter Parker, now aged 20, has been transported in an alternate reality called Academy City thanks to Doc Ock's inter-dimensional machine and right now, he must travel to that place to find a way to go back home. Meanwhile, Saten Ruiko has been accidentally bitten by a Radioactive Spider, quickly washing away the ESP drugs and giving her a new sens of power. Things get awry.

Now in their second year of high school, Fukiyose suddenly became a victim of "sexual assault" and unwanted pregnany and it is now up to Kamijou Touma and Index (and to some extent, his allies in the so-called Kamijou Faction) to take care of her and of the baby. Nothing can go wrong, right?

Kuroko is determined to become strong after losing against Touou and so he visits a certain Teleporting cousin in Academy City. But by doing so, he would get caught up in the unending conflict between Science and Magic, with a certain Imagine Breaker at the center of it. How will he handle this?
