My two biggest iCarly pet peeves :

People who think that Seddie shippers are totally right and Creddie shippers are totally wrong.
People who think that Creddie shippers are totally right and Seddie shippers are totally wrong.

There are strengths and weaknesses in both pairings. Neither is "better" than the other, and in my opinion, either relationship could work very well on the T.V. series itself, as well as in fan fiction stories.

That's my opinion, and I'll stand by it. Neither pairing is "better" than the other.

Get over yourselves.

First, I'd like to share with you a little passage from "iMissed My Chance," which, despite never having been completed and never even having been posted anywhere, remains one of my favorite iCarly fan fiction stories. (To the author of this story, who knows who he is - This is for you!)

"Sam insulted me every chance she got," said Melanie. "She made fun of my clothes, my hair, my voice. She mocked just about everyone I hung out with, everything I liked, everything I said or did. She ridiculed everything I was ever proud of."

Melanie paused for just a moment, gazing wistfully at the window.

The blog no longer exists, and for some reason (that I don't understand), the author no longer wishes for this story to be shared with anybody.

However, she has consented to let me post these two short quotes (which I always thought were quite striking) from it on my profile :
