PONDERMENTS: In the past there have been those who changed the world before they were fifteen and those who lived their whole lives without ever making a dent. Which one do you want to be? That's easy - you'd be a fool to pick the latter. But so many tell themselves they'll make a difference and never do anything to make it possible. Develop ideals. See what needs to be changed and change it. Ghandi said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." Yesterday I went to the grocery store, and there were two different bags of cat litter right next to each other. Both were the same brand, but one was 14 pounds and the other was 21 pounds. The thing is, they were BOTH $6.99! I mean, who would get a 14 pound bag of cat litter when a 21 pound bag is the SAME PRICE? Then again, 21 pounds is heavier to carry. Forgive me for making metaphors with cat litter :) I have a firm belief that you can make a metaphor out of anything. But do you get my meaning? Why get the 14 pound bag just because it's lighter to carry? Ponderments of all ponderments... -Hypatia Si usted tomo tiempo para leere esto, usted tiene demasiado tiempo en sus manos. |
