 English is not my native language and my vocabulary is therefore limited (the dictionary is my friend). Please excuse any grammar or spelling mistakes. I love the Harry Potter universe and I love fanfiction. The stories in my Favorite List are the ones I'm currently following or have followed since 2004 (due to nonexistent interest in E-Mail alerts). Wow, twelve years on this site (2016)! Time flies. You will find that the reading material has gotten more mature over the years. Very few stories get deleted, even if I don't fancy them anymore. Call me nostalgic... or lazy... The main pairings staring in the Favorite List are HP/TRM, HP/VL and HP/DM, but you will also find HP/PP, HP/HG and HP/BZ. Experienced authors can get you hooked from the first sentence, but developing authors deserve a chance, too. As long as a fanfiction grabs my attention, it doesn't have to be perfect. Commenting demands effort and contemplation. Hence I tend to write longer texts and less frequently. I do try to change that, but a simple "love it" always feels a bit empty to me. Also, respectful conversation is important to me. When I find myself wondering about certain aspects of a story I try to make the feedback as positive and nice as possible.
