Author has written 9 stories for X-overs, Cthulhu Mythos, Five Nights at Freddy´s, Doctor Who, Dungeons and Dragons, Sonic the Hedgehog, Overlord/オーバーロード, Earthbound, Monster Girl Quest, Elder Scroll series, SCP Foundation Mythos, Familiar of Zero, and Metroid. Inexplicable Presence: Well, where to start? I'm definitely not saying anything about me in real life (Except that I'm a guy), so I guess I'll just leave my likes/dislikes and my priorties and potential ideas here. Likes: Long, well written Fanfictions with exciting plots. Stories that are centered around the Villains. Dark Humor. Unless it's just boring and cheap, then it annoys me. Dislikes: Pretty much any badly written or troll fics. Over-sexualized or unreasonably stupid characters. Mary Sues, and any other characters that are 'perfect' in every way, evil or good. M-Preg. I am somewhat of a scientific and logical man, and the only way this could EVER be possibly excused was if the 'Male' was an Eldritch Abomination capable of polymorphing or if it was a parasitic impregnation, like the Xenomorphs' Facehuggers. Anything else is... Is just wrong. Don't do this if you really want a serious fanfiction. Very weird fetishes. (Scat for one.) Now, I'm not gonna judge you for what you like, hell, I myself am very messed up in the head, but... I don't want to read it. At all. Neutral: Gore. Eh, I can make some visceral scenes if I want to, but I prefer to keep the one-sided violence to a minimum. If its used to describe how hateful and murderous someone is (or can be), then I supposed I'm okay with that. There are better uses for it and better ways to convey personality however. You'd also do well to warn people about it coming up beforehand. Gender-Bending. Not something I work with. If I wanted to have a gender-bent character in the story, I'd probably have them as a separate character entirely, unless the character is already feminine enough to be genderbent with no real drawbacks (Take Frieze for example, he looks a lot like a girl... Don't deny it, I know you've all had the same thought in the past.) Harems. I can see why this might appeal to some audiences, but I prefer the center of attention to be more... Aware as to what the hell is going on. Same applies to Yanderes and their 'Senpais'. But hey, it could be very easy to... maybe take the story for a shocking or dark twist and have the center of attention/Senpai to actually corrupt and twist the Harem/Yandere for their goals. Joke Stories. They can make me laugh at times, but sometimes they take the ham/fluff a bit too far... I've opened up a Discord centered around Monster Girl Quest/Monster Girl Encyclopedia writers, sidestory makers, and fans lately. If anyone wants to join in, just go and PM me over here or DM my Discord at "The Inexplicable Presence #9522" EDIT: Managed to figure out a way to piece together an invite that got past Fanfic's censorship. Just put them in order with the top being the start/left-most. (slash) = / https: (two slashes) discord gg (one slash) 7VzC9ZN Hope to see you guys there! |
