Updated 14 October 2006: I just wanted to let whoever bothered to check know that I am working on Sleepless Nights. I finally finished it after rediscovering some good fanfiction and regaining my motivation. I am in the process of totally revamping it. It previously was incompatible with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, but after finishing the story, I felt like it would be worth my time to go back, edit, and update the plot to the best of my ability. I started this fic several years ago, but it really shouldn't take too much to fix the problem.

Unfortunately, I will have to rewrite an entire chapter (Chapter 4, in which Sirius Black is liberated and interviewed) for obvious reasons. I have updated Chapters 1-3, in the event anyone is curious. However, I would suggest holding off for a little while. I'm trying to get into the rhythm of rewriting an entire chapter. Then I've got to fix all my shitty ideas and replace them with brand new ones that I'm actually rather fond of. In the meantime, I point to my favorite's lists.

After everything is revised and re-posted, I will be updating one chapter per week on Sunday nights, unless I slack off. Which is very likely.

As an introduction to myself...

I am a first-year at the wonderful college of Agnes Scott. Here I work, play, study, and procrastinate. I will be minoring in French, but perhaps majoring in Art History or English. If I major in English, I think I would perhaps like to teach English in a high school. Crazy, I know. Other English majors think I'm nuts for not wanting to be a journalist (shitty pay) or an English Professor (a little too much self-motivation for my taste).

In the meantime, I'm rather hooked on WIKTT, Makani's art, Tealin's art, Lara Hill's art, Mugglenet, and anything well-written that pertains to Severus Snape. Snape is not a handsome lover. He is cold, calculating, intellectual, and dangerous. Anyone who says otherwise is selling something.
