INTRODUCTION

Hello everyone!

I have a main account under the penname Morncreek. Please allow me to explain the purpose of this account.

I have been in love with the Transformers for many years and have been collecting almost as long - not TF toys (my first one was Vector Prime ;) , but stories. Ranging from humorous to dramatic to epic to comforting, they all share the connection of the love of the writer for Transformers.

Many of these stories, however, can be very difficult to track down even knowing the title and writer. This is truly a shame considering the gem-like quality of each one. There is a site (realmlibrary .net) that has many of this kind, but unfortunately has ceased updates. I, as a live person (and not Forsaken like my brothers :gets bopped for bad WoW reference: Ouch.), want to give my collection the warm attention it has been lacking for so many months.

And maybe it's not so much the stories, but the authors I care the most for. They were my introduction to the existence of fan-fiction. They influenced and continue to influence my writing. When I needed a story that mattered, I went to them.

This is my homage to these writers, to point the shining spotlight on them and the works which they held (and hold) dear to them. It is not my intent to take away anything from them - which is one major reason why this separate account exists - or otherwise diminish or infringe on their rights. The Internet being as it is, information from old websites is out-dated, so I could not reach any of the people to request permission to publish their works on FFN. I do not think any will mind, though, because of the sincere desires of my heart.

Uploaded Parts XII and XIII of "Buried Secrets". I apologize for the wait.

Nope, not dead--though if it were possible to die from embarrassment, then I would certainly be dead. Anywho, re-uploaded Part VIII of "Buried Secrets" with a minor yet important change (don't worry, you don't have to re-read it if you don't want to--it's not important to the plot, just to continuity) and uploaded Parts IX through XI. Uploaded a new complete story titled, "Graveyard Shift" by SilverGirl, which should make for a nice break from drama. Also, I updated this profile page.

Finally readied and uploaded three additional parts of "Buried Secrets" since last update on 27 July. It's been quite a while, so my apologies. Much of my energy was taken up with guild drama (those who play World of Warcraft will understand this) and having to pull a lot more weight in it, for it; and finding and moving to a new place to live. Yuck.

Third part of current story is uploaded. Is FFN back to allowing the use of asterisks as scene separators...? Maybe I won't have to use the special character anymore (that will be a relief).

Completed "Guardian". Wasn't that an exciting plot! The next story, "Buried Secrets", is even better! I am going back over what I had prepared due to the author (squee~) giving her permission to make modifications to her stories such as correcting spelling errors, etc. I will try better to upload more regularly (and frequently) than before. :laughs out loud: I just noticed this is exactly one month from the previous announcement. Anyway, "Ghost Ship" is completed and I have begun work on the next project, "Guardian". For those of you who are vehement Cheetor-loathers (a sentiment I don't agree with, but recognize as a valid view point - sometimes I don't like him either), I warn you that he is the main protagonist in both "Guardian" and "Buried Secrets". Please give it a try anyway? :cute kitty eyes:

I am a bad lady. I procrastinated and left you all with no update for months. But for one moment, I can depart from my corner of shame to proclaim that the first part of three of "Ghost Ship" is uploaded and ready for reading! Now, to slink back and retreat to the murky shadows of my dank, musty corner of shame. (tm)

I have a tentative author/story schedule lined up.

First is Colibri. (Her penname translates from Spanish as "hummingbird".)
Next will be Nicki Ellsesser. One story of hers is long, so most likely I will intersperse updates of her with updates for another author.
