The Phoenix Foundation is the most covert agency of the US government, tasked with hunting rogue werewolf threats around the world. It's run by werewolves themselves, because who better to catch a werewolf than a werewolf? But Mac has always been human, and has no desire to change that. Too bad an alpha werewolf psychopath doesn't care, and wants Mac to be his, and his alone.

There are a number of theories, among members of the Dalton family tree, on how the young man they have concluded to be Jack's kid came to exist. There has to be an explanation, and since nobody met him until he was twenty, the explanation has to be good. (or, the one where jack finds out after five years of bringing mac to family reunions that his family thinks he has a son.)

Surveillance missions are never as straightforward as they seem. Mac and Jack get tangled in some shady weapons manufacturer's inhouse squabbles and Mac has to deal with a friend's betrayal. A tag to 2:22, 'UFO and Area 51'.

"Jack, what's wrong?" Mac asked, shaking away his own pain, fully taking in his partner. The heat couldn't of done anything good for Jack. Okay, step one get them out of the room Jack nearly burnt to death in. Step two, don't think about Jack nearly burning to death. Tumbling out of the doorway Mac had to hide a hiss of pain as his hand stilled Jack's unstable form (Fill for S2E14)

Inspired by 212, Mac Jack. Mac doesn't understand Jack Dalton, or why he was so angry at Mac for going off on his own. Jack tries to get him to understand.

Long one-shot fluff with gratuitous hurt/comfort. Still with bad language, no violence.

For fanoftheboyz - She was hoping for some shoulder surgery related loopy Mac/protective Jack bromance/fluff. Who can resist that? Anyhow, I hope this delivers. This is a little bridge one shot between For My Next Trick and the spy school story I'm planning to write, tentatively titled What Remains. As always, I own nothing, but I am having a hell of a good time.

Set post S2, pre S3. Jack may have accepted Mac walking away from the Phoenix, but protecting Mac was for life. Especially when the odds stacked against him include a dangerous chemical agent, a couple of rogue scientists, and a few nefarious mercenaries. Jack will stop at nothing to keep Mac safe, even it means crawling through Roman catacombs, wounded, with a blind partner.

Sam and Dean are hunting down a witch that ages people up. When they find her, Dean manages to kill her, but not without Sam getting hit. This fic is mostly fluff and humor. Some angst. Mac's wrists ached from the metal manacles they'd put him in and his shoulders were starting to cramp from his arms being stretched above his head like they were. Being kidnapped sucks. Being hit in the head so hard you forget everything except your own name? That sucks worse.

Mac wasn't sure what he wanted to do after he quit the Phoenix, but he was determined to figure it out. Set in S2 after Wind Water. They've been all-go-no-quit for weeks, and it's taking a toll. They're hurt, tired, and need down time. But when Mac is grabbed so that his special skill set can be used as a pawn in a crazy revenge scheme, nothing will stop Jack from getting him back. Nothing, that is, except his own pain.
