As my User ID suggests, I write for fun. I am a fan of a lot of different films, books and tv shows and I never know what's going to spark my interest. My style is not for everyone so I put the appropriate warnings in the description of what I'm writing. If a reader becomes offended by what I write, I will not apologize as you've been warned ahead of time.

In the last two weeks, I've been dealt a number of blows. First we lost an elderly relative who was very close to the family. He was ill for some time. Then last week, my sweet little cat died in his sleep at the age of 18-1/2 years. He lived a long life but my heart is absolutely devastated by his passing.

Frankly, my desire to write has been really low owing to my grief. I'm trying to get back into it but I don't know how long it's going to take to get something reasonably entertaining written.

I thank everyone for sticking with me and understanding that I am trying desperately to write but the creative juices aren't flowing as they should.
