 Author has written 2 stories for Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire Mysteries. Hi! I am a Norwegian from Minnesota who enjoys the Southern Vampire Mysteries. I am a total, complete, shameless Eric lover as well. I read obsessively in many genres. When younger, I read classics (think Dickens), romances and science fiction (about robots, space, the future). Then I started reading mysteries (too many to list) and action (Clancy, Cussler, Flynn, Child). I was reading a book of short stories by a mystery author (Dana Stabenow) that turned out to be science fiction and there was a Sookie story. This was April 2009, and I promptly read and bought all 8 books, then bought and read book 9 the morning of May 5th. My teenage daughter read the Twilight series so I read those also. I seem to now be reading lots more science fiction with a supernatural / paranormal flavor and I am not sorry. Vampire stories particularly seem to be interspersed with erotica. I found this site because of other fans on a message board. I have never been absorbed so by a series, and never read message boards. I love this site! The quality of writing is really very good to excellent. I have no plans to write now, but maybe. I have stuff running in my head, just have never tried to write. 1/11/10 - Happy New Year. I don't know if anyone ever looks at this since I am not a writer, just an obsessed reader. I felt the need to give focus since I have so many favorite stories. I prefer the Romance/Humour stories that feature Eric and Sookie (of course) and where they fight the problems together. I started only reading vampire stories, and only completed stories. Now I read human and incomplete ones also. Anyway, the reason I wrote this profile update. My favorite favorite stories are Saints and Sinners (ericizmine) and The Bitch & the Hellcat (zigster). These are both human (AH) stories. I also love pretty much everything written by LindsayK, txone (I skipped the stories with threesomes), evenflo78 and Yogagal. On the vampire side, I am very partial to When in Rhodes (TriciaRo), Tasting Sin (Leia1912) and Changing it all Forever (FODforever). Oh, and I have to mention my love for the Dead series (Meg2) which is completed and one of the very first things I read on this site. These stories / authors are the ones I read and reread. I can't thank them enough.
