The website has discontinued the exact necklace I based it on, but this one is pretty close too:
Differences: In Bella's necklace, the sapphire is encased by the loop, rather than being attached at the bottom of it. Also, the right-hand side of the loop is just plain gold (not covered in diamonds). Finally, the loop at the top where it attaches to the chain is a lot smaller. :)
