After 6 long years, Sandor Clegane finds himself once more returning to the gates of Winterfell, this time serving a different ruler as a different man. There he finds the girl he'd once called a little bird, who no longer fits the namesake. Grown strong and proud, yet somehow even more lovely, Sansa captivates the Hound once more as he struggles to right his wrongs. Post season 7.

Sequel to Traitor's Wedding. Following Joffrey's death, Sandor and Sansa Clegane are on the run. There is much to worry about, aside from the massive bounty for their heads. Sansa must come to terms with her pregnancy, help Sandor understand what a family truly is, and discover why she is having such strange dreams about direwolves and her dead brothers. Arya returns to Winterfell a woman grown, but it no longer feels like home. When she is reunited with the Hound, she decides to ride to war at his side. This story takes place after Season 7 but instead of joining Jon Snow in King's Landing, Sandor Clegane travels to Winterfell to protect his lost little bird. Unknown to him, Sansa Stark has grown into a hawk and will not let someone else tell her how to live her life. Both broken and hurting, their paths join and the embers of romance slowly grow into a flame. (Complete)

This is a SanSan story taking place during episode 7 of season 7, and beyond, with some obvious changes. It is mostly based on the show, but there will be some book references as well. Instead of travelling to King's Landing to show the wight to Cersei, Sandor Clegane heads for Winterfell to offer his protection to the lady Sansa. This will wrap up ASOIAF season 8.
