Ariadne Phaedra Black is an OC character I've created who is the subject of the fan fiction I have started writing just recently. I love fan fiction, especially Harry Potter fanfic. My favourite stories usually involve Sirius and the House of Black, be they Ancient but the "Noble" is usually up for reconsideration (though that's what I like about them). I also like Pureblood!Hermione stories (even better if she grows up a member of the House of Black, and even better so if she ISN'T a Black and ends up crossing her fingers about a betrothal contract heading her way with mad Walburga's eldest son's name on it...). Some favorite authors are MaryRoyale, ResaAureus, RainynDawn, rileypotter (there are numbers after rileypotter I think but I can't recall what they are at the moment...).

I'm on the fence about robst... I mean they're easy reads but quite often the Mary-Jane way he writes Hermione along with how hypocritical his Goblin!Harry character usually is (especially when it comes to bullying... For instance, in Harry Crow, the Harry character essentially bullies the people who aren't a part of his group. He berates girls for trying to take his arm saying that it's too forward even when Hermione was throwing her arms around him in embraces within ten minutes of meeting him on the train... He and his group call out Bovwarts bullies by bullying the bullies fourteen times worse than the bullies were originally, targeting Draco and Ron especially knowing that those characters are going to respond to being baited and then sitting back and watching them be punished for it (when he's not poised with his knife ready to remove a fellow eleven year old's EYE over some mean words thrown back and forth). Not to mention Harry Crow and Hermione Crow (meh) are practically married before he turns 12 (she being the older woman... at 12 herself), and when her father finds out that they were married after she was attacked by someone trying to kill her, ignoring any traditions the Grangers as juggles might have (not to mention her age as being a big faux pas for marriage in muggle society), Harry and his "fellow" goblins get offended when Dan takes his daughter out of there and straight home, claiming he is stepping all over their goblin toes and traditions... And Hermione's mother gives not a care about the marriage, she proclaims her husband is wrong bc "he made Hermione cry" (apparently the way to parent is keep the kid happy despite how many life changing and life threatening situations her choices may find her in (I feel I should mention again that she is 12, and her new "husband" is 11, and has some serious identity issues as a human who claims he's a goblin quite often due to his upbringingbut then will say he's not sure whether he will choose to continue to be a goblin his whole life... Glad he wasn't raised by bunnies, bc that would be weird). Then to top it off they and their best friends, Neville and Padma along bottom neƩ Patil, consulate their marriages at the ages of 14 & 15, due to the final battle against Voldemort "needing it". They make a weekend of it and have Remus and Tonks as chaperones on the private Potter island somewhere near the equator. All of that said I can't figure out if the messed up parts of robst's stories are the reason I read them or the reason they annoy the hell out of me. Every time I read one of his new stories I find myself hoping that the goody goody annoying brat of a Hermione that he always writes will catch an AK in the head (and NOT come back through some sort of goblin magic or fluke, etc. Just to see how angry Harry gets and how he takes it out of the people responsible. And then maybe he can end up with a new, more suitable badass girlfriend/child bride (cause again, robst is OBSESSED with writing his characters getting married/getting sexual at REALLY young middle school ages in a lot of his stories... Which might be construed as weird when coming from a teacher of young students (he teaches at a grammar school in Scotland as he's said many times in his author notes when talking about being busy with fundraisers and such... Yup, yup, yup). But yeah robst, if you HAVE to have Harry marry someone that young, let it be Luna, yeah? And NO! I will not accept Luna and Hermione: Sisterwives... Let's not go where Partially Kissed Hero by Skysaber/Jared Ornstead/PerfectLionheart went, kay? Just kill Hermione off (for good!!!) just once... For me...? Great Revenge!Harry motive, right?

Anyway, ramble over. Can you tell what I've been reading lately? Hehe. But anyway, when I'm done editing my Ariadne Phaedra Black one shots (I currently have two, one that's finished but needs editing and proofreading terribly, and another that I've just started and MAY turn into something longer, who knows?

So yeah, hopefully will be able to post soon, but until then I'm gonna set up my new profile (I've quite forgotten my old highschool login info), and reading, writing, and editing. Glad to be back and I hope my efforts and any critiques I make on fellow fanfic writers work will be taken with the respect that I hope to always write them with. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX & love & fanfic! I love all!
