But when Anna truly comes to understand what Elsa's gone through for 13 years, and all she's never had or let herself have - basically everything she created Olaf to want so much - she knows just what to give her. In time, so does Elsa.

Anna has a nightmare that nothing has changed and that Elsa is still distant with her. But it's fine because it was all just a dream. Wasn't it? Minor spoilers for film.
