Hello, my name (or rather, pen name) is Edward J. Hawthorne. I'm in the seventh grade and am an aspiring writer. I'm on my school newspaper, and like most people on this site, I hope to be a successful author when I'm older. With the best of luck I hope to be as renowned as James Patterson, J.K Rowling, Stephen King, or John Grisham. I love reading. It's my favorite thing in the world. It helps me escape the pressures of life, and basically keeps me sane. One of my biggest inspirations has been the Harry Potter series. I have read many, many books, yet Harry Potter has been the books that have spoken to me the most. You'll see my writing a bunch of Harry Potter fanfics in the future.
