Follow Joel and Ellie on their newest challenge: settling into a normal as can be life at Tommy's settlement. In the years following the outbreak of the cordyceps epidemic, Joel and Tommy's struggle for survival triggers the slow deterioration of their relationship. Follow them through the years as they flee their hometown, drift through quarantine zones, learn brutality and survival on the open road, and eventually find themselves in a city called Boston.
