Author has written 17 stories for NCIS, Stargate: SG-1, Chuck, Psych, Legend of the Seeker, and Merlin. Wow... I just read what I had written here and it was old. I'm not a freshman anymore, that's for sure. Here's what you need to know about me though. I like characters. I like to get inside their heads and figure out what they would have been thinking. I like to dive into a story and be able to tell what's going to happen next based on the patterns of what has happened. Storytelling, in all forms, fascinates me. A writer can take what they understand about human nature, or what they think they understand, and contain it. Through stories you realize everything follows patterns. There's really no such thing as a 'twist you didn't see coming', because if you know what you're looking for, if you know what's already happened, you can get pretty close to accurately guessing. Writers base their stories on their context, so a story shows a bit about the person telling it. It's intriguing to me.
