Well I will admit to being a lazy and uninspired writer recently . . . most of my energy has been concentrated in a) college and b) the frustrating male species. The entirety of my writing (aside from essays) from the past several months has been prose and poetry. What can I say? I needed an outlet without the work of writing fiction. So hopefully I will be posting more soon. Wooooooooop don't give up hope yet my friends!

Other Random Things I Disapprove Of

James-bashing! It has gone too far, Snape fans.

BAD GRAMMAR. I can't focus.

When people start a slash fanfic and it immediately goes mushy.

Fangirls. They crowd the view of any sexy yaoi occurring on the premises.

Now, let me attempt to explain my thinking to you. In the vast land of slash, my brain resides in a cold, dark corner that is doomed to confusion.

On Harry: The only people I think he should ever be paired with are Snape, Draco, or Luna. I DO NOT LIKE GINNY if she is mooching on Harry or Draco. I prefer Harry to be gay, but he and Luna really are quite perfect for each other. If it was a decision between Snape and Draco, I would have to go with Snape. Don't ask why, you will only doubt my sanity further. As you should.

On Draco: I do not think he should be paired with anyone but Harry, even though I have said I prefer Snarry over Drarry. Eurgh, I hate name combinations. Anyways, I will deal with Draco/Hermione now and then, but the thought of Draco with Pansy or Ginny or Blaise or ANYONE ELSE is just not acceptable.

On Snape: Yes, it is terribly heart-wrenching about his whole loss with Lily and all, but he should forget it and just go and drag Harry into a broom closet. I hate it when he's paired with any of the other Marauders also. SNARRY FO-EVA, FOO'!

On Ron: I will go ahead and say that yes, I do rather like Harry/Ron, but I'm too lazy and impatient to write any of it. Thanks to mistful on LJ, I have found that Ron/Pansy is undeniably a really good pairing. Ron/Hermione is okay, but it can get annoying and quite honestly, a bit cliche after a while.

On Hermione: I'm not convinced that there is a perfect match for Hermione. While I have enjoyed some Hermione/Draco and Hermione/Snape, none of it is really that great. She should ship herself to the Northern Territories of Canada and find a nice muggle husband, to never be seen again. I do love it when she's "parody'd" and made into a cackling evil fangirl. good times.

On Ginny: go away please. unless you're being paired with Dean and that is A-okay okey-dokey with me.

On Luna: I absolutely adore her. While it would be nice for her to pair up with Neville, I feel she would be better with Harry. YES, THE WORLD REVOLVES AROUND HARRY.

On Neville: He should settle down and find a nice wife, preferably NOT GINNY. Luna is okay if Harry is off with Snape. The thought of Harry paired with Neville scares me. End of story.

On Seamus/Dean: I have only read ONE fanfic for this pairing, and think it is cute. It's not enough to get obsessed with.

On Cho: Good Lord, somebody lock her in an abandoned corridor with no way out or something. PLEASE. Hogwarts needs to hire its own personal beaver to build a dam whenever she gets upset.

On Fred and George: I admit it, I'm a fan of Fred/George twincest. They're damned cute and should NEVER be separated. Not even by a raving blonde author with a determination to wipe out half the characters. Twincest haters, I cannot apologize. It is that simple xD

On Lucius: I see him and Narcissa being perfect for each other. Which they are. What I do not see, is any attraction between him and Severus. None whatsoever.
