Occupation: Traveler (recent college grad and I do a whole lot of adventurous moving around, and "traveler" sounds way better than "jobless bum...")

What I look like (in case you were curious): 5’0”, dark curly hair, green/gray eyes, average/muscular build (wish I was lankier, being a dancer...), on the pale side (I don't think I have the ability to blush...my people were Vikings, what can I say?). My hands and feet are tiny and delicate.

Likes/Hobbies: My interests coincide with many things, including but not limited to painting, sleeping, dreaming (day- and otherwise), dancing (ballet is my style, and pointes are my weapon of choice), writing by hand, listening to music (any genre to suit my ever changing moods), playing music (mostly classical, on my lovely mahogany grand piano, hand carved minor flute, and English lap harp, though not necessarily all at once...), shopping, dressing up (Victorian bustle gowns, anyone?), gothic/classic lolita (my closet is stocked, I'm proud to say), my beautiful curly hair, sewing historical and costume clothing, cosplaying Sailormoon and Princess Tutu, dancing as part of Princess Tutu routines/skits, gorgeous male vampires of the non-sparkling variety (a guilty pleasure), and while we're on the subject good literature and reading it, giraffes (I have a serious love affair with these intriguing creatures), My Little Pony (Pinky Pie rocks my world), higher cultural outings (ballet, opera, museums, galas), and many, many other things. I dream of dancing a pas de deux with the person that is to be my true love.

Why I’m here: a while ago, when I first made this profile, I wrote about how this is all a big secret, "kawaii college girl by day, amateur writer by night," blah blah blah--suffice to say, I believe I've gained a little more eloquence since then. Yes I prefer to keep this a secret still, but if you've found me out, you've found me out, congratulations, I don't really care. As Irene Adler (Sherlock BBC, S02E01) once said "the big problem with a disguise...[is that] however hard you try, it's always a self-portrait," so no real point in trying. I like to write when something catches my attention and the idea unravels until I have to do something about it. That's how it ends up here. Honestly, if I hadn't kept getting reviews over the years, I wouldn't be here right now, though I've managed to recover my (somewhat dusty) draft notebook. I guess I feel like I owe it or something? Let's go with "or something," then.

Updating: As I've said/typed several times now, I'm back after a long hiatus caused by a missing notebook and college. Currently I'm freely bouncing around the world, searching for adventure to chase off the ennui that I would otherwise fall into. That said, I'll update when I feel like it, when there's something to update with, and when I have an internet connection to do it with (sometimes dial-up speed just isn't worth 25 Euros (approx. 32 USD). I will say though, that if I came back after five years because the reviews kept coming, well...you're smart; you know what I'm getting at.
