My version of Marvel's Civil War storyline. (Story arc summary) The Red Skull works with Lukin to allow for his return and with the power of the Cosmic Cube while Lukin gets a cube of his own. From there, the Skull then turns to a measure that may threat America. Incite civil war over superhuman registration. And Cap must find a way to stop it without proving "registration" right.
