March 2015 - Note about my Star Wars Rebels fics: Please do not leave comments or send me messages about how my facts are wrong in the majority of my SWR fics. Look at the dates they were posted. The majority of them were all written and posted in August, BEFORE both the show premiered and A New Dawn was published. When I wrote them, there was extremely little official information to go on (especially when Kanan and Hera first crossed paths with the Inquisitor and the relationship between Cham and Hera, which has gone from uncle-niece to now father-daughter), so I just made stuff up for the sake of the fic. PLEASE STOP TRYING TO CORRECT ME WHEN AT THE TIME THERE WAS NOTHING TO GO ON! Or if you insist on doing it anyway, do so off anonymous/guest so that I can at least reply directly to you to explain why the fics are the way they are. March 2014 Note: Apparently some of my fics have become favorites of quite a few people (how did that happen?!). I am absolutely stunned and thrilled by this! I'm so happy so many people are enjoying my stories! However, there have been a few messages about how disappointed people are in how long I take to update and how short some chapters are. Guys, you've got to remember I do this for FUN (and to get the voices in my head to stfu). I don't get paid to write fanfics. If I did it would be all I did ALL THE TIME. I have a day job and two online jobs in addition to everyday stuff to take care of. I do this in my spare time. I'm not a machine. I can't crank out 3000 word chapters on a regular basis. I get distracted by other ideas (as is evidenced by the 20 chapters of Dangerous Liaisons I wrote in just a few months). I lose motivation to continue some stories (Beauty in the Beasts, Kiyevame, and Trickster's Lot to be specific). If my inability to update fast enough is frustrating you, I'm truly sorry. No, really, I am. I totally know what it's like to follow a story only to have the author disappear before finishing it. For those of you who have stuck with me through my writer's blocks, fic ADD, and everything else, I cannot thank you enough! I love all of you, especially those who take the time to leave a comment on my fics, and I'm doing my best to keep the words going. She started writing a very horrible Dracula story over ten years ago and she hasn’t looked back (mainly because her early writings were so terrible).
