Released from prison in part for his assistance during the Eclipse Gate, Cobra is forced to join a guild to keep him in line; specifically Fairy Tail. While it's not entirely ideal to work with the ones he's tried to kill two separate times, the blonde Celestial mage on Team Natsu thoroughly intrigues him. Maybe Fairies aren't so bad after all. After Fairy Tail disbands, Cobra finds Lucy drunk in a bar. In an act of kindness he'd rather not talk about, he drags her upstairs to sleep it off. Fast forward and Lucy has teamed up with Crime Sorciere as they try and uncover the truth behind the Tower, but all her attentions are focused on its blue-haired leader. Cobra could care less, right?

Just after Laxus' expulsion from the guild, Bickslow finds himself staring death in the face. The only one that can save him is a blonde. One that he'd never imagined being in his life. But once Lucy finds out the truth about him, will she stick around? Or will she leave him behind, just like everyone else? (See Chapter 1 for details and warnings)
