![]() Author has written 3 stories for Sailor Moon, and Ranma. I am a frustrated writer. I am not great but I am not that bad in writing either. I am just having a hard time creating plots and storylines. Obviously, I'm not always creative or imaginative and I also have a hard time translating the images into words. So, bear with me if you get confused with my stories. Review them so that I can better myself in writing. I read stuff more than I write stuff. I prefer reading fics under the manga/anime and books category. And most likely I'll be writing fics under those category as well. Right now I have plans on writing fics on animés like Ranma 1/2, Urusei Yatsura (Lamu, Invader Girl), Sailor Moon, Honey & Clover, Paradise Kiss, Card Captor Sakura, and Chobits. Quite a lot for an amateur writer if I may say so. And I also plan to write fics on Harry Potter, LJ Smith, and Christopher Pike. If I'm going to finish this list, at least one story for each anime/book, it might take me several years. Haha! Don't worry, I have no plans on making fics that don't seem to have an ending. Anyway, reviews are always welcome. Just don't be too harsh. I like them constructive than destructive. Thanks! Thanks! UPDATES: I'll also be revising A Love Reborn just to tie it up to the ending that I have in mind. So0o0o0o... expect that I won't be able to add the next chapters to the fic for a little while. I'm busy with school, which is saying something, because I don't normally busy myself with academic stuff. In any case, I've uploaded the lasted chapter to A Love Reborn (Ch 7: Impression). And hopefully, I get to keep my muse this time and continue this story. Lum's Flight will still be on hold indefinitely. Don't worry though because I'm not one to start a story and not finish it. I have the story in mind but I just can't get to putting in the details. Thank you:) When I write, I don't read other fanfic writers' works, at least those under the same category as my work, because I have this gift (or curse) of absorbing their writing style. I also unconsciously incorporate certain plots and turning points that I've read or seen somewhere. Finally, I follow LJ Smith's and RL Stine's writing style since both these authors' styles are easy to read and not hard on both eyes and mind. And I hope that by "following", I really am following their style or else I will just be making a fool of myself, won't I? Right now I'm reading the 2nd installment of Tamora Pierce's Alianne series: Trickster's Queen. Somehow, this wonderful author got me to recall my muse back and got me excited to write again. :) I'm still not sure if I can continue as fast as I did before. My creative juices are enough for 2 or more chapters for ALR but it may take a while before I get around it since school is still keeping me busy. So please bear with me for not being able to update soon. Thank you. |
