Basically the story follows an in-depth view of the sole survivor, and will eventually be a sole survivor/Piper romance pairing. This is my attempt at adding a bit more flesh to a storyline I enjoyed while playing SWTOR. I don't plan on changing events or even lines spoken between characters, but there was very little chance to see who Torian really was instead of just learning about the Mando'ade through him, so I plan to add more scenes while remaining true to the characters, apologies for any errors.

While she knows it was the right thing to do, part of her wishes she could have been selfish, just this once. Set immediately after Mass Effect 3. The Reapers have been destroyed and the galaxy is slowly starting to look towards a hopeful future, now that the devastating war is over. But it isn't right without Shepard. A desperate Garrus is convinced that she's still alive and he will stop at nothing to bring the woman he loves back home safe. Shepard/Garrus with Normandy crew as family.

Chrom tilts his head back to look at her, eyes already fluttering feebly. His strength was gone but he still smiled and it transformed his pallid, gaunt face and for that second, everything was right, like they'd been separated from their army at the Border Pass and captured by Mustafa's men, before they lost Lady Emmeryn; before they were captured and everything changed.

Azura has symptoms of nausea and vomiting, though she assumes that it's something minor. However, she realizes an obvious answer to her illness, and tells the news to Laslow. Revelation Route.

It had been war that brought them together all those years ago as children, and it was now war that tore them apart as adults. Eve bore the brand of "traitor" with stoicism, and it was with surprise, and wrath, that Marx learned that those standing opposing him could and would use the same word to describe his actions as a knight of Nohr. Set during Mass Effect 3, Thane and Femshep go on a romantic date around the Citadel. This is something that should've happened in-game, but due to Thane being pushed to the side it just didn't happen. I feel it gives the character some justice.

Robin was more focused with being Ylisse's tactician than finding romance, but that seems to change upon meeting a certain swordswoman. RobinXSay'ri fanfic... There should be more of these.

For Say'ri, watching Chrom rule is like watching a flock of geese in flight. There is no clearly defined order, no exigent force pushing the flock onwards, Chrom just leads. So when Say'ri came to the Shepherds she was surprised to see a quiet, complacent, man dutifully doling out the day's tasks. Little did she know he was the most fascinating of all.

The war against Grima may have been won, but, as Chrom is realizing, at a terrible price. Chrom struggles against his constant misery, but there is only one person can save him from himself.
