The Battle for Bright Moon is over, but there is still much more to be done. Soldiers to be saved, wounded to tend to, wreckage to clear... With so much resting on her shoulders, She-Ra can't be expected to stop for anything. Certainly not sleeping, eating, or some minor wounds. Adora, though? That's a different matter entirely.

Catra feels she no longer has a place in the war after she defects from the Horde and moves to Bright Moon. "It's everybody's war," Adora reminds her. "You just have to remember what you're fighting for."

"Hey, Adora?" "Hmm?" "I'm glad I got to punch Shadow Weaver in the face."

Catra had imagined a hundred different scenarios in which she defeated Adora and ended the war; following an epic battle, or capturing her and bringing her to Hordak in chains, or even destroying the Sword of Protection. The one scenario she had never so much as considered was that Adora would surrender without a fight. And that made Catra furious.

Adora may not have liked the super plush feather bed in Brightmoon, but Catra… well, Catra has an entirely different opinion. (Featuring: Adora needing her jacket, Catra being a cat, and the fluffy platonic cuddling my heart needed after the season 1 finale) Set sometime in the future, assumes Catra has joined the rebellion.

Moulting is one of Scorpia's least favourite things, but Entrapta thinks it's fascinating.

Adora might be Shadow Weaver's favorite, but that by no means saves her from the harsh punishments she cooks up.

When things go south during the fight, Adora is left with no memory of who she is or her past, leaving Glimmer and Bow to pick up the pieces. Rebuilding friendships are easy, but rebuilding someone's entire life is a little harder to fix, especially if that someone is a girl chosen by The First Ones to protect the entire planet.

Adora draws in another breath. She refuses to look away from her old friend. She knows if she breaks eye contact with Catra now, it'll be as good as letting her go. [Takes place directly after season 1!] Rated for slight cursing.

Catra recognized the eyes staring back at her. They were the same ones she always dreaded looking into whenever Shadow Weaver was around. Takes place during episode 11 (Promise).

Catra hasn't been able to sleep since Adora left. She hates how big of a weakness it is and refuses to let anyone see, but when she gets trapped with Adora she can't help but let it show.

While Adora goes after a sword, Catra is left to be her shield. And it doesn't turn out the way Catra believes it should.

And yes, sometimes, when the thunder screams so loud outside, Emma does find herself in Regina's bed, because the brunette's scent and soothing words are the only things that can ease her back to sleep. But they are not a couple. Fluff.
