Hayley Fifteen New York

Hey, I'm Hayley, your not-so-typical fifteen year old girl. I've been through things that most adults will never even think about, and made it through. My dad was gone for a little while, and when he was, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thankfully, it was in an early stage and the doctors were able to remove it without a problem. Before that, I started my Freshman year of high school in the September of 2012. It was an amazing for the first few months before I met the two boys that changed my life forever. I got involved in hardcore drugs, became even more depressed than I already was, started cutting once again, and just gave up on everything not really caring what happened anymore. Due to my carelessness, I did some pretty stupid things to lose my two best friends at the time. I said some things I'm not proud of and I'll hope they forgive me one day. But that's all I'm sorry for.

I'm not sorry for taking chances and daring to be different. Because of the risks I took, I met some pretty amazing people that I'm now lucky enough to call my friends; Orion, Reanna, Sabrina, Kaitlyn, AJ, Valentina, Nicole, Jayme, Kyle, Eddie, Brianna, and so many others that I will never be able to thank enough. I also got involved in an organization called United Synagogue Youth, or USY for short. While I was in a dark place I never thought I would never pull myself out of, the people I met in it helped me get back onto the right track, which I will never ever be able to repay you for. Special thanks to Sam, Courtney, Rachael C., Valerie, Elizabeth, Hannah, Hana, Brooke, Cara, Emma, Raquel, Rachel H., Franklin, Elliot, and Jake.
