Twilight Thoughts

Well, first of all, I am completely obsessed with Twilight. My best friend is obsessed (teamjazz15). My cousin is obsessed, my best friend's cousin is obsessed, my aunt is obsessed, my aunt's sister is obsessed, and their mom is obsessed. I absolutely love the saga.

My favorite book would probably be Twilight because that is where Edward and Bella's relationship begins. I have read that book the most (at least 10 times).

I really do love New Moon. Every time Edward leaves, I cry. But, in New Moon you get to know Jacob. Sometimes I love him to death, other times I want to cause his death. I love him in New Moon until Alice comes. He really helped Bella through her depression and he shows his soft side.

Eclipse is an important book because it temporarily unites the vampires with the wolves. It has a ton of drama. After reading it, I began to hate Jacob, yet I feel sorry for him. One of my favorite parts is the night Edward proposes and Edward and Bella compromise.

I really love Breaking Dawn, yet I hate it. I love the wedding, reception, and honeymoon. I really don't like the Jacob section. I think I've only read his section twice, usually I'll just skip it. Sometimes I will just read the first Bella section and then skip to the last chapter of the second Bella section. I hate that Jacob imprints on Nessie. I wish he and Leah would've gotten together. I also can't stand the fact that nobody trusts Bella with her own baby at first! At least they eventually trust her.

I saw Twilight its second weekend in theaters. That was the only time I cried while watching the movie. It was just extremely intense. That first time I saw it with my brother, then I saw it with my grandma, then my two BFFs, and lastly with my cousin on Christmas. My cousin and I went to the Hot Topic DVD release, and the next day I had a Twilight sleepover with my two BFFs. It was really fun. I have watched Twilight at least thirty times since I got the DVD.

I'm so excited for New Moon (the movie) to come out. I think that will be my favorite movie out of the three. I am positive I'm going to cry. Have you seen the new New Moon trailer? It was so amazing! I loved Bella's cliff diving and when Edward told Jane (or whoever) to go to hell. It was undescribable. Eclipse will probably be good, it will have more action. I really hope they end up making Breaking Dawn. It would be so good. I would love to see their wedding and Isle Esme and Nessie!

Well, that pretty much summarizes my basic thoughts on Twilight. I doubt anybody will ever read this, but if they do, I hope I didn't bore you to death!

The Host Thoughts

This book was absolutely amazing. Just like Twilight, it changed my life. It was really slow at first and hard to get into. It took me almost two weeks to read the first eighty pages. After that it took three days to finish. I went to bed the night before I finished it, having only the last chapter and epilouge left. I was so upset, I cried my self to sleep beccause I thought Wanda had died. Although Twilight made me think about love, The Host made me really think about life and love from a new angle. I think just like Harry Potter fans move onto Twilight as they mature, Twiligh fans will move on to the Host. I really want thwm to make it a movie, but I know it's impossible. I cried several times throught the book and although it had a happy ending, it still made me sad. Although I don't know why.
