The Three Hunters from Helms Deep to the Paths of the Dead. A story of home, friendship and betrayal. Gimli goes looking for Legolas in the aftermath of the battle of Helm's Deep and all is not well when he finds him.

Legolas begins a new life in Ithilien but not all those who go with him are eager. Maewen, his love from before the war cannot accept the changes that war has inflicted upon him, and he carries pain from the past that cannot be ignored. When a tragedy strikes what will this mean for his new friendship with Aragorn? Will Maewen accept him for who he truly is?

While waiting in Imladris after the Council of Elrond Legolas has a confusing encounter with one enraged Dwarf. Just what has he done to upset him? Why is it all he has to show for his generosity is a pile of broken arrows? Aragorn's first attempt at improving communication between Dwarf and Elf.
