So. I am Italian, but my dad's american, so I am kind of bilingual.
My favorite books are HP, PJO, LOTR, Chronicles of Narnia, Spiderwick Chronicles, the Undrowned Child, the Stravaganza Series, the Artemis Fowl series, the InkWorld trilogy (Inkheart, Inkspell and Inkdeath), Reckless (also of Cornelia Funke), the Inheritance cycle, the Earthsea cycle, the Mortal Instruments and the the Infernal Devices series, and many others.
But my favorite fandom, above all, is the Vampire Diaries. I love it so much! The actors are great, the storyline is fantastic, the special effects are awesome and it's never boring, or lame, or predictable.
I love Glee, and the Mortal Instruments, too. I've sorta become obsessed with Malec, as some of you from the MI fandom may have noticed. But anyway.
What else can I say about me? I learnt to read at 5. I'm a huge reader. You wanna know my nickname? It's Bookgrinder (sorry, but that's the best translation I am able to do). I dress in a weird fashion and I hate jeans. I listen to both pop and rock (and when I say rock, I mean rock, like Nirvana, AC\DC, Queen, Green Day). I also listen to world music, which is what my parents listen to, and I like it. Sometimes I fall in a fit of something (giggles, laughters, rage, tears, depression, gentleness, madness) and everyone around me looks at me really weird, but I do it mostly when I'm alone. I really like to travel, amongst other things.
It's a fact that I have a strange sense of OTP. Most of the times, in fact, I fall in love with crackships, and hate canon.
I discovered the world of fanfictions when I was 7-8, probably. I started with HP fanfics on a HP fansite, then I moved on the biggest fanfiction site in Italian, EFP. At the time I was probably 9, and I didn't understand English yet. I started to write when I was 10, but I never posted anything in Italian...
By the time I was 12 I understood English well enough to start reading on here, and I owe a lot to this site. It tought me a correct English (more than anyone ever did) and it's here that I started posting and receiving suggestion to improve my style.
Now I figure that's time to leave you people in peace, without my meandering. I hope you'll enjoy my stories... Salam!
