 Hey. I suppose I'm new here. To be honest I'm not sure if reading fanfic is a sudden phase I'm going through or a potential future obsession. My Fanficton History: I have never written a fanfic before. Not one. I do have a few ideas, but I'm a bit sensitive and lacking in confidence when it comes to my writing. Who knows if I'll post any stories here or not. Also note that I'm more of a poetry/short story person. Because my writing has yet to mature, I am bad at committing to some of my stories. My Writing: I love to write; it's a passion for me. I fell in love with it the first time I wrote a story (I was about 5 or 6) and my love for writing has yet to die. I wanted to make a career out of my writing, but I've come to realize that it's something that would take a lot of work and perseverance. This doesn't mean I've given up, I just try to keep in mind that writing can always be a hobby. I don't have to share it with everyone. Reviews (Constructive Critique vs. Sugar coating opinion): Although I stated previously that I am sensitive about my writing, I am very open to any kind of reviews one can offer. I like to hear other's opinions and try to consider them as my own so I can see a different point of view. I do, indeed need to improve my writing, I don't consider myself an aspiring writer. I'm more of a novice; I still have much to learn. I always try to restrain from being negative or arrogant because those are two things that often keep people from learning.
