There were very few things that could rile a 25 year old Naruto Uzumaki up. He was perfectly content to sit in his home, work his normal job, study at a normal school, and in his free time, tinker (read: upgrade in a potentially life endangering manner) with whatever happened to catch his interest. This obviously did not include Devils, or Angels, or Fallen Angels.

Naruto had an idea. Usually such a thing was met with hesitance and fear, but it was clearly the best option. Akatsuki would eventually find him. With his current level of power even their weakest member would certainly kill him. And so he devised a plan

The escape of Peter Pettigrew leaves a deeper mark on his character than anyone expected, then comes the Goblet of Fire and the chance of a quiet year to improve himself, but Harry Potter and the Quiet Revision Year was never going to last long. A more mature, darker Harry, bearing the effects of 11 years of virtual solitude. GoF AU. There will be romance... eventually.

The war ends in the worst way imaginable. Naruto, hell bent on revenge, finds it just out of his grasp, but through that loss he finds himself in a place much bigger than home, forming new friends, loved ones and enemies, but his past is not forgotten, especially with the chief cause staring back at him. Nothing is as it seems.

Hermione gets some of the answers early. She has trouble understanding what all the questions are.
