Set during and after Something Blue. While under the influence of Willow's spell, Spike decides to make his relationship with Buffy more permanent than marriage could. When the spell is over, there are changes in the relationship that they'll have face.

In late season five Giles stumbles up on the right book and finds a way to keep Dawn safe from Glory. It's quite simple: Buffy and Spike just have to get married.
