So, I live in the country area that is between Yuba City and Sacramento in California. I've broken a bone (what child hasn't?), and I've been outside of the United States.

Don't worry, that's not all. So, when I was really young (about 4) I would wake up, go into my parent's room, and shake my mom awake. She worked in the nursery at Freemont Medical Center during the night, so naturally, she was exhausted at this time. So, in response, she would get up, walk across the room to the television, and put in a Disney movie. It may have been Bambi, maybe Peter Pan, but it was ALWAYS a Disney film.

Believe you me, this has shaped my life. To this day, you can ask me what my favorite movie is, and the best I can narrow it down is "Disney". This isn't all bad, though. Disney is an EXTREMELY creative organization, so I know almost every cliche there is, and if I haven't come across it yet, most of the time, I can guess what is going to happen. Disney also has good morals that can lead you down a good life style.

Going back further, when I was about 3 or so, my parents bought me a NES and Super Mario Brothers. My parents tell me that I would sit on my father's lap with the controller in my hand and do as follows: press right, press jump, press right, press jump, press right... so on and so forth until Mario would fall to his doom in the first pit of the stage.

Growing from toddlerhood with video games (which eventually expanded to games including Legend of Zelda, Metroid, ect) I have become rather good with electronics, and have developed a love of the stories in the games. Just so that no one starts to think "Oh man, this guy is nothing but another video idiot." I will say that I have also always had a deep love for books, especially fantasy and sci-fi. I grew up reading Animorphs and Star Wars.

Now, all of this together may be beginning to paint a picture of the current me for you, but I'll spell it out for those who don't quite get it yet:

I make it a priority to watch a Disney film as soon as it comes out, regardless of how horrible it may seem. I have progressed from baby video game nub playing Mario to playing games such as Soul Caliber 4, the Kingdom Hearts series, and Dance Dance Revolution (Both the arcade version, as well as the platform) on the hardest difficulties and destroying them. I read 700 page novels that I find that I enjoy in less that 5 days.

This is me.

I decided a few years back that I new what I wanted to do for the rest of my life as a job: Work as an author writing Fantasy and Sci-Fi novels, while also working with a big time gaming corporation such as Sony, writing the storylines and designing characters for the video games.

Over the past year, I have also joined a fitness center and taken up strength training. I'm not trying to get huge at any rate, but just get into a shape that I think fits me. I'm proud of the gains I've made so far, and I plan to continue my workouts. At some point or another, I also plan to take up Tai Kwon Do again. It's the base of many styles of martial arts, so I figure that if I can make my way to a black belt I should be able to branch off into the other styles that interest me fairly easily.

So, to be honest, more could be said about me, but that pretty much sums up the basics. I try to be as pleasant and honest person as I can, so I think myself to be rather easy to get along with. Should anyone be interested in getting to know me better, I'd be more that happy to reply to emails or messages.
