Starts out as a mixture between the book and movies, but turned into something completely different along the way.

I reviewed the whole story, hope you all have time to re-read and see if this comes out better than the first vs. This is the way it should have ended...

The trouble runs deeper, though, than depleted shields and a damaged hull; something is wrong with her captain - and Chakotay, desperate to save her, will face trials and tests of love and loyalty he has not yet dreamed of.

"There was a time you trusted me without even knowing my name," Thorin said. "I wish you would try to do so again." He used to be righteous in a world full of liars and cowards. She wants to return to her works so she can push the thought of Booth's penis out of her mind. The issue with this desire is that the thoughts of Booth's penis are preventing her from doing her work. Set in and after 5x10.

Left alone in his new quarters back on Earth, Seven comes across something she knows she shouldn't read - Chakotay's Personal Log from their time on Voyager. Trying her best to ignore it she eventually caves and finds some information she didn't really want to know about his feelings for their Captain. (J/C)

My response to the writing prompt: "She showed up at his door, soaking wet, bruised and covered in glitter." I couldn't not write this and it got out of hand. I'm sorry. Dedicated to Black Jaguar, who first asked about "that long, low chair in KJ's quarters."

[Full Circle Rewrite] Kathryn Janeway and Chakotay have dinner at Proxima Station.

"Chakotay to Captain Janeway." The voice on her comm badge pulled her back to reality, where she remember she was alone in the bath and not in the arms of her angry warrior. This story takes place directly after Hunters and finds J/C regretting their news from home, and Chakotay burying his own grief to comfort Kathryn with a bottle of Irish whiskey.
