Announcements:

1/17/10- Sorry guys! I'm putting both Days of Peace, Nights of Blood and Eyes in the Darkness on hiatus until I finish The Sorrows of Happiness City. I think it would be better for me to focus on just one story at a time instead of trying to manage all three, and TSoHC has just been the most fun for me to write lately. I'll get back to my other fanfics eventually, don't worry!

I know that there are many terms in my fanfictions that can be hard to understand for new readers. Because of this, I've decided to give you a little guide on what they mean.

Eyes in the Darkness

Ehh... Not really too much to put here at the moment.

Days of Peace, Nights of Blood

Positions might be a little confusing. I'll list them here, in order from greatest to least in terms of importance. Classes will be added as they're introduced, so keep checking back if you're unsure what one is.

Leader= Pretty self-explanitory. A Tribe's Top Dog, if you will.
General= Second-in-command to the leader; a specialized Power fighter. Sometimes reffered to as the Guardian.
Healer= Also straightforward. A sort of doctor.
Overseer= A training Pokémon's mentor. Given an amulet at the start of the training as a way of keeping their student safe.
Student= A young Pokémon in training under an Overseer.

The Sorrows of Happiness City

Again, Yoshi Keeper positions may be unclear.

Major= There are five of these. They work together to keep charge of the Yoshi Dwellings.
Grimn= The most feared of the Yoshi Keepers. They come at night to take disobidient Yoshis to the Excecution Rooms to be killed.
Supervisor= Keeps an eye on things. They watch to make sure that Yoshis are doing their work, and report any Regular Delinquents to the Majors.
