[Pricefield ftw, NSFW, smut] Story picks up at the end of Episode 3 after Chloe and Max have a heated argument in Chloe's truck. Some angst, some sweetness, and a lot of self-questioning. (Edit: and some plot yo)

Max has just returned to Arcadia Bay, but finds that Chloe still resents her for leaving five years ago. One strange night later, Max wakes up in a very different world. AU. Pricefield. Fluff and light angst.

[Pricefield] It had been exactly a day since Max Caulfield and Chloe Price discovered Rachel Amber by the lighthouse. It had also been exactly a day since Max had gotten a single text from Chloe.

Chloe Price was always a lone wolf, with the exception of Rachel Amber. Little did the people of Arcadia Bay know, before Rachel, there was Max, her childhood imaginary friend. But when Chloe wakes up in a hospital to find her old friend looking real as ever, Chloe starts to question why Max is here which Max never gives a straight answer, leaving Chloe to uncover the truth.

After playing episode three I had to write this. An alternate ending to the episode. Also this contains spoilers for episode three. Major ones. It's a Pricefield oneshot, enjoy!
