![]() Author has written 4 stories for Newsies, and Chronicles of Narnia. You have stumbled upon my humble fanfiction profile. As you can see, my pen name is Ereb Lor. Since you are on my profile, I'm guessing you would like to learn a bit about me. So, here goes. I am intrigued by Newsies, Narnia, Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who, Les Miserables, the Bible, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Ted Dekker works. There is always one story or another drifting around in my head; they are often times better than the real world. I never knew of fanfiction.net until looking up Spot Conlon one day, and finding a story on him, which lead me here. Now there's no reason for me to not write down my fiction. Even if people don't read them, it is better than losing them in the abyss of my head, which is usually the case. You guys witness a side of me that others most likely never will. I see things in ways that I cannot portray to anybody else I know. So many people, especially here, in the same way as I put up a facade because they feel that they must, that this world has no place for them. It's why it is so easy to turn to all the wrong places to try to escape what looks like a dark reality behind and ahead. But there is a purpose for every single person out there; it is up to us whether or not to choose to follow the path that will lead us to our destiny, the true reason we were created. Recently I had to restore my computer, meaning that EVERYTHING is gone. That includes two rewritten chapters of Our Story (and two new ones that were in progress), some new Squints one-shots, and planning for more stories. Things may take a while to remember and rewrite, but once I am able to do that, I want to start beta-reading. Saw a bunch of these on other people's profiles, so why not? Copy and Paste Profile thingies If you have ever run into a door, copy this into your profile. A large percent of authors do not know the difference between 'your' and 'you're'. If you DO know the difference, copy and paste this to your profile. (That drives me INSANE. Please don't be offended if I Grammar Nazi you out if you do it) Along with not knowing the difference between 'your' and 'you're', some people don't know how to properly use 'their', 'there', and 'they're'. If you do know when to use these three words than paste this onto your profile and remember to thank your grammar teacher. (Same thing there) Did you know the average American only reads 3 books a year? If you don't believe that it's even possible to read that little, copy and paste this onto your profile. If Fanfiction is your way of escaping reality and the rest of the boring people in the world and truly "unleashing your imagination" then paste this in your profile and add your name: Emerald Princess 14, StardustFromThePlanetGallifrey, obsessedchick15, LM2MM, LucianLoveNarnia, Lucy Conlon, Ereb Lor If you have your own little world, copy and paste this into your profile If you hear the voices of characters in your head, put this onto your profile. If you have ever seen a movie (or show) so many times that you can quote it word for word (and you do at random moments), copy and paste this in your profile. (Bet you can't guess what movie that is.) You get cranky if you don't get to write. The book is always better than the movie. If you wish that a fictional character was real, copy and paste this to your profile You read out loud to your dog. You read out loud to your cat. You read out loud to your fish. You read out loud to your plants. You read out loud to the bug on your wall. If no other apparent living things are in the room, you read to the voices in your head. If you would sell your immortal soul to visit Narnia, copy this on your profile. If you have ever yelled at the book you were reading because the characters did something stupid, post this on your profile. (ALL the time.) If you think Writer's Block is evil, put this in your profile. If you find yourself making fanfictions of other fanfictions in your head, post this in your profile. Narnia and Middle-earth must be getting awfully crowded - what with all these random girls magically arriving there and doing nothing but standing around making kissy faces. (Now, if it is a well written story with no Mary-Sue, that's different.) If you are, or have ever been in love with a fictional character, copy and paste this into our profile. If someone ever has asked you how old you were and it took you like, 30 seconds to finally remember, copy and paste this to your profile. (Literally almost every time.) If you have ever zoned out for more than five consecutive minutes, copy this into your profile. 9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm insane, the other one disagrees. If you are guilty of doing a British, Irish, Australian, Southern accent or Elvis impression, copy this in your profile. There's nothing wrong with arguing with yourself. It's when you argue with yourself and LOSE when it's weird. If you agree, copy this and put it in your profile. If you are against abortion, copy and paste this into your profile. If you ever forgotten what you were talking about in a conversation copy and paste this into your profile. If you think that the kids should stop chasing Lucky and leave the leprechaun alone, then copy and paste this into your profile. If you ever read past two in the morning, copy and paste this to your profile. |
