What do I do? I'm majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications and minoring in Digital Filmmaking. I also have two jobs: One at GameStop, and one as a staff writer for my campus newspaper.
What do I like? Writing, reading, photography, lots of different kinds of food, foreign languages, volleyball, history, traveling, singing, video games, anime conventions (Anime Expo FTW), and sleeping. Oh, man, I love sleeping. I also like driving at night... and swimming and ice skating, not that there are many chances to do those things out here, haha! Oh, and Hetalia, but that's pretty obvious... or will be once I've been here for awhile.
What do I like in fanfics? AUs. They're amazing. (Especially pirate AUs oh god yes). I also love seeing OCs - especially when there's been a lot of thought put into them and they're integrated into the story in such a way that I could totally imagine them as canon. On the flip side, I kind of dislike seeing OCs that make no sense at all, but it's not really up to me to judge what does and doesn't make sense, right? And in Hetalia fanfic especially, I absolutely adore seeing historical or current events referenced or played out.
