Hi, I'm Alice. Alice Matthews, to be exact. I would have used Alice as my penname, but that one was already taken, so I had to add 102 at the end. But please, call me Alice. 102 has no special meaning.

I'm currently fifteen years old, but I'll turn sixteen in March 10th. I love reading, I love writing.

Favourite books:

The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice.

I read: Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, The Queen of the Damned, The Tale of the Body Thief, Memnoch the Devil, The Vampire Armand; I don't want the books that include the Mayfair Witches, but I'm gonna buy the books Blood and Gold and Pandora. I'm interested in the story of Marius, and Pandora. Oh, and I just have to say: My favourite character in the series is Lestat, though I really have no idea why! Probably I just locked him into my heart when reading so many books of him. I learned to love this vampire, even though he's...no better word for it: Evil. In some way. I dunno.

Also, I enjoy reading books by Stephen King, and James Patterson, of course. Salem's Lot is one of the best vampire novels I've ever read.

You might now have the impression that I'm a total vampire fanatic, but that's not the case. I enjoy reading vampire books (cut out the cheezy vampire romances, will you?) but, of course, I read books of other genres too. Fantasy, Classic, Crime... I'm a bookworm, obviously. And I'm always open for something new. THRILLERS ARE ALWAYS FINE WITH ME.

And...I used to love the Maximum Ride series, and the Twilight series. I was obsessed with them, and Harry Potter of course. Harry Potter is the only book of the three (Maximum Ride, Twilight) that hasn't disappointed me until the very, brilliant end. Honestly, the book series is amazing. And Maximum Ride...let's face it: We shouldn't have begged for another book of the Maximum Ride series at maximumride.com. I'm sure James Patterson is drained out and has no idea what to write any more. And Twilight...let's just say that I learned more about writing and have become much better and realized that this book is nothing really special. There's no real plot, no real problems, and the characters are all too perfect and Mary Sue. I learned to hate Bella, honeslty. Stephenie Meyer is known for making the girls in her stories weak and dependent on the boys. rolls eyes I can't stand it. Don't you think the book's all to perfect and happy? But, don't worry. I'm-of course not- a Twilight-hater, or whatever you want to call it. I, also, respect everyone else's opinions.

Music:

I hear all sorts, but my favorite would be Rock. I like Bullet for my Valentine, 30 Seconds to Mars, Three Days Grace, Evanescence, Within Temptation, Linkin Park, Nirvana etc.

Hip Hop's also one of my favorites’. Lil Wayne makes really good music these days...

What I wouldn't download would be Pop such as: Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Jonas Brothers...I think you got the idea. I don’t like it much.

But I like Colbie Caillat, the Dixie Chicks and so on. Let's just agree that I hear everything, alright?

Movies/Shows:

Pirates of the Caribbean 1, -2, -3; The Devine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood; Interview with the Vampire (Surprisingly. I'm always skeptical when it comes down to movies about books. But Tom Cruise did a really good job as Lestat!); Hide and Seek; A Walk to Remember (There's a difference between fluff and romance, guys.)...etc, etc, etc...Ah, I also like Animated Movies like Madagascar.

Dr. House, Cold Case, Ghost Whisperer, The Nanny, CSI: Miami and Las Vegas...etc, etc, etc...

I like Anime and Manga.

Alright, I think that was it...oh, hold on. I LOVE JOHNNY DEPP. Some of you may think that I'm one of those girls who like him only since Pirates of the Caribbean or because of this movie, but no. I love him since 21 Jump Street, and watched nearly all movies of him. But, that's not what I was about to tell you...oh, yeah:

Here's some personal information about me:

-I'm not girly.

-Some say I act like Jack Sparrow sometimes. Without me being aware of it.

-I have black hair, and dark brown eyes.

-Once I have my diploma, I want to go to America. I want to become an author, of course.

-I'm more the quiet type. I'm absolutely not emotional, but most people are really annoyed by my optimistic nature. Nothing does ever really bother me much.

Except for...I'm already registered here, but under a different name. I read a lot of fanfictions here, wrote some myself, and I was also registered on the MR boards, though that was ages ago. I doubt that I'll write any fanfictions. I'm working on books, actually.
