![]() Author has written 5 stories for Warriors. Yes, I am alive! Real life is keeping me busy, but I promise I will update eventually. Please be understanding, and thanks for being patient! 10/19/09: Rebirth reached 100 reviews! Thank you so much to my loyal readers and reviewers who have been so patient with my awkward writing schedule and extremely late updates. You all are awesometastic! Life isn't about how many punches you can throw. It's about how many you can take and still manage to get back up again. ~Rocky x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x I'm not hard to figure out, really. I'm a gamer, anime fan, fanfic writer, and politic freak. Need to know anything else? Message me. I may be a druid in my spare time, but I swear I don't bite. My current favorites Music: I've been into Bittersweet Symphony recently by... someone. (band name fail) Books: Melissa Marr is a new favorite author of mine. She writes books about faeries, but not the kind you know like Tinkerbell; these faeries are human-sized and very dangerous; book one is called Wicked Lovely. Pick it up if you're looking for a romance novel with a great plot and wonderful writing. It's a real page turner. Movies: Hm... Toy Story 3 was the last movie I saw. It was so depressing I nearly cried, yet it was just as well done as the first movie. I loved the Totoro that Bonnie owned. Miyazaki FTW! Anime/Manga: I hate to say it but... "Ouran High School Host Club" is very addicting. I love the characters, especially Tamaki. They all seem to be pretty well-rounded, and the story is fast paced enough to keep you from getting bored. The thing between Hikaru and Kaoru is actually funny; the girls' reactions to their "brotherly love" is so... familiar. -remembers her first convention- TV: I've been watching King of the Hill recently. I enjoy this show so much because it's so refreshing to have adults not be complete idiots. They have good morals that occasionally fail them, but they are human like the rest of us. Video Games: Tales of Vesperia has now taken over my brain; sadly, I can't play it as much as I want because I'm so busy. Yuri Lowell is such a refershing main character because he's normal. He doesn't have any emo tendencies, and he doesn't have a tragic past. I love it. XXX ~My Stories~ In order of posting: 1) Life as a WindClan Warrior After stopping the battle with WindClan over missing prey, Fireheart is exiled for denying Bluestar's wishes and is forced to find a haven in the clan he saved. Complete. Ahh, the first fic I ever wrote. Full of stupid script format author's notes (now deleted), lack of spell check usage (though this has been fixed), and impossible names (which I probably won't change because it shows how I've grown). Oh, Life as a WindClan Warrior. You embarrass me so and yet I love you so much. 2) Starless Clan After Fireheart is exiled from ThunderClan, Bluestar appoints Cloudtail as ThunderClan deputy after overhearing his lack of faith in StarClan. Meanwhile, Spottedleaf realizes that she was wrong in her prophecy about fire saving the clan. Spinoff of LAAWW In the middle of writing a chapter of Life as a WindClan Warrior, I was going to make Cloudtail deputy. Then I had a thought: Cloudtail wouldn't step down from his position as deputy, and Fireheart wouldn't ask him to. I knew at the end of the story Fireheart was going to be the leader. Then I got a review asking me if there would be a sequel. At that moment, Starless Clan was born. 3) Rebirth Shrewpaw was never happy living in StarClan's territory; after he and Swiftpaw found a way to live again, they became excited all too soon. Little did they know that their rebirth could cause the destruction of all of the clans. I have rewritten that summary so many times. I still don't know if the grammar is correct. I really don't know where Rebirth came from. It just kind of appeared in my brain. Let us see where this story goes in the river of my random plot line and spur of the moment chapters, shall we? 4) Lost During the destruction of the old forest, Firestar is caught by the Twolegs. He is taken to an odd place and, there, meets some odd cats with connections to his past. Meanwhile, ThunderClan faces threats from all sides in the midst of their weakness. This was made for Pink Kitty Cat's challenge. I really wanted to finish other stories before starting another one, but fate said otherwise. The challenge ended, but I decided to finish it anyway. 5) Yellowfang and Cinderpelt's Grammar Mentoring Angry at the kits' horrid grammar, Yellowfang makes a bet with Cinderpelt that there is no way mentoring in the fine art of commas, nouns, or even capitalization could change them. This is for writers struggling with grammar. No suggestions will be taken. This will be updated whenever I see a common issue on this site. There are so very many... Note: I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this because, uh... People aren't being too supportive, let's put it that way. -.-;; ~Future Stories~ I only write Warriors stories using the original characters, so any cat you see mentioned here is from the books. I will not be starting any of these stories until I finish the ones I currently have posted. This is just where I can keep any fanfic idea I have down, so I won't forget what I thought of when it comes time to start a new story. The ones that get started first depends on my desire to start the story and my poll. Go vote! 1) Memories possible summary: A collection of one-shots about the Warriors characters and their feelings about certain events. Everything will be seen from Yellowfang leaving ShadowClan to Crowfeather watching as Feathertail was killed. 2) Secrets (working title) possible summary: Each cat has something to hide. This just happens to be a life or death issue for Cinderpelt. 3) Life as a WindClan Warrior: Rewrite. The summary will probably stay the same. LAAWW just really needs to be rewritten. 4) Lord of the Flies: Warriors Version possible summary: During the Great Journey, a group of kits and apprentices are seperated from their clans and are forced to survive on their own. Watch as society breaks down to the point where horrendous acts like murder are committed... Moonfire note: I'll be interested to see where I can take this. Ralph will probably be a cat like... Geez, I can't even think of one! Maybe it shouldn't be during the Great Journey... -ponders story idea- 5) Fate of the Scourge possible summary: An incident in Scourge's past is altered. Will he still turn out to be the blood thirsty leader of BloodClan, or will he change? | |||||||
