AU. Katniss and Peeta were killed in the 74th Hunger Games. Gale, angry and hurt, cannot wait until his chance to exact his revenge. However things don't quite go as planned as a particular girl gets thrust into the mix, the 75th Hunger Games, with him. Soon it becomes clear that things are not always as they seem, and maybe this is bigger than he ever thought it could be.

AU - Katniss' and Peeta's lives are switched. Peeta and Gale live in the seam and are hunting partners/best friends. Katniss is the baker's daughter. Madge is still the Mayor's privileged, proper daughter. Story starts during the 73rd Hunger Games. Who will be reaped for the 74th games and how will this switch and the dynamics of these four change the games?
