So... I've been gone a long time. Some of my stories I've wiped (I know I said I wouldn't) but let me explain. My writing style has changed so much that the difference would be extremely noticeable. I'm still a strictly OC person (except when it comes to Bioware games, since the main character still has much room to play with).

I will be posting stuff soon and I promise I will keep with them. My problem is mostly writers block but I've found this has changed when I just write. My advice, particularly if you are wanting to be published, don't write one chapter and then edit it immediately. Write more, this way you already have the next chapter written and you don't get into a habit of writing and stopping. That was my problem and I now treat my fanfiction as novels: I do extensive research, work for days to make believable characters and plot, and keep writing and writing. I have two stories that I have multiple chapters of that haven't been posted yet and I dearly love them.

Never give up, but don't believe that your fanfiction is golden. Always work to improve your writing, to perfect your piece. Several people might say that your story is amazing and there's nothing wrong with it, but chances are that they aren't looking at it critically enough to do you any good. This may seem harsh, but as a writer, there is ALWAYS room to grow and room to improve. Find someone willing to tear your piece apart (it hurts, I know, but you can't get better otherwise). This is my advice, keep writing never stop and believe you can do it!
