I am a champion of all creative expression and loathe those who seek to belittle and discourage the creative expression of others. My (attempted creative) trashing of reviewers may therefore seem hypocritical. I'm not denying their right to review, just offering some feedback on how to reframe/rephrase. The message is lost when the delivery sucks.

Criticism is fine - being an asshole is not. Yes - free speech means that you have the right to be an asshole if you want. It also means I have the right to tell you that you are one.
